Файл слишком велик для конечной файловой системы (File is too large for the destination file system)

Соль в том ,что флешки изначально в FAT формате отформатированы, а он не поддерживает работу с большими файлами. Всего лишь надо отформатировать в NTFS и копирование будет проводится без проблем

 All you need is to format USB-drive in NTFS !
