Antiemetics, are known to prolong the QTc interval

Antiemetics,  are known to prolong the QTc interval:

  • butyrophenone neuroleptic drugs (droperidol and haloperidol)
  • 5-HT 3 receptor antagonists (ondansetron, granisetron, and dolasetron)
  • phenothiazines (chlorpromazine and promethazine)
  • metoclopramide

However, the scopolamine patch has not been
demonstrated to significantly increase the QTc interval.
